Through the integration of Google services, Google may collect information (including personal data) and process it. In doing so, it cannot be excluded that Google also transmits the information to a server in a third country.

Pairfact Legal itself cannot influence what data Google actually collects and processes. However, Google states that, in principle, the following information (including personal data) may be processed, among others:

Pairfact Legal use Google Analytics on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google Analytics may also use so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). Through these web beacons, information such as visitor traffic to websites can be analyzed. Pairfact Legal only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization ("anonymize IP") enabled. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Furthermore, Pairfact Legal have concluded an order processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics (Art. 28 DSGVO). Google processes the data on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for us and providing us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
By integrating Google Analytics, Pairfact Legal pursue the purpose of analyzing user behavior on our website and being able to react to this. This enables us to continuously improve our offer.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO.

The integration of YouTube takes place by embedding the service on our website using a so-called "iFrame". It cannot be ruled out that YouTube or Google also transmits the information to a server in a third country.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest required for this lies in the great benefit that YouTube offers. By integrating external videos, Pairfact Legal relieve our servers and can use corresponding resources elsewhere. This can, among other things, increase the stability of our servers. YouTube and Google have a legitimate interest in the collected (personal) data to improve their own services.
